We are a marketplace and when you shop on Fashion ComPassion, you are shopping from the most unique socially responsible brands from around the world that are making a difference. Every item on the website is sold and sent directly by these brands, our Partners.

The items we have in stock are shipped out within 3-5 working days after you place your order and is accepted by our Partners, unless otherwise stated. Once your order is processed we provide you with a tracking number in your confirmation email to update you on the status of your shipment.

Shipping is charged according to the country and will be automatically calculated on the check out page.

You can order from as many Partners as you like and will only have to pay once through our simple checkout. As this is a marketplace, your items come from different Partners, delivery costs and timings might vary and your items may arrive separately.

If you have a question about a particular product, or want to know if a product can be made to order, please get in touch with our Partners directly by completing the “Product Enquiry” form on any product page.

We accept all payments through PayPal and major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Delta, MasterCard and American Express. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments on our site.
