Exchange and Returns
At Fashion ComPassion, we support small ethical & sustainable brands and most of our products are hand crafted created with great care. Please note that due to the products being made by hand, minor irregularities can occur if any and are an inherent part of the product and should in no manner be considered a defect.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to the seller directly on the site. For most products, you have 14 days to notify the seller if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
Please go to the Return & Exchange section on the Designer page and send a message to let the Seller know that you wish to cancel your order, or return a product. This email also reaches our Customer Service Team.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and with their tags still attached. Please allow up to 15 days from receipt of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
None of these terms affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept returns on final sale items.
EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
