The Story
Founder Fashion ComPassion
The idea of creating a company that works with social enterprises had been in my mind for quite a while. It only seemed natural to combine my two biggest interests - admiration for fashion and a deep passion for social development and women empowerment into one. And Fashion ComPassion was born!
Over the next several months I began a journey of discovering social enterprises in my travels throughout the Middle East and Asia and chose four unique brands to start with.
The brands marketed by Fashion ComPassion showcase distinctive, hand-made, high quality accessories and women's wear that are crafted by skilled artisans in the developing world. The aim is to show the positive, creative, upbeat side of these countries and cultures, which have a vibrant heritage and history. We support the marginalized and underprivileged women, who are the building blocks of society and showcase their creations in European markets. Most of our brands are made to order and will be a unique item in your closet.
