Trade Description
Although we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and pictures of our goods are as accurate as possible, we hope that you will understand that the uniqueness and hand crafted nature of the products means that there may be slight variations.
Acceptance of your Order
The display of any item on the Fashion ComPassion website is not an offer to sell and we shall not be obliged to supply the products ordered. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us and we will acknowledge your order as soon as possible.
If we are able to accept your order, you acknowledge that as our products are often made to order, the item may take up to six weeks from the time of purchase to delivery.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online by PayPal.
PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account.
Before you can send a payment using PayPal, you need to have a PayPal account. You can sign up at www.paypal.co.uk/uk
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK Customers, in Euros for European Customers and in U. S Dollars for International Customers.
Shipping & Delivery
We can deliver to the following countries:
United Kingdom: Including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands.
European Union: Including Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. We will deliver to Switzerland and Norway at European Union prices.
Rest of the world
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
We use Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service for delivery in the UK, Europe & U. S. For all other countries the choice of delivery service will be at our discretion but one that will be the safest and fastest in service.
Our Shipping Rates are Flat to make the process easier and convenient for our Customers.

For orders outside the UK, you may have to pay local import duties upon receipt of your order.
Exchange & Return Policy
Our products are made by skilled artisans who prepare each item with great care and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase and enjoy wearing these handcrafted items. Please note that due to the products being handcrafted some minor irregularities can occur if any, are an inherent part of the product and should in no manner be considered a defect.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item. All we ask is that you inform us by email on support@fashioncompassion.co.uk or post and return the product within 7 working days from the day after receipt. We will send you instructions for returns after you contact us. You need to return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges.
Returns must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
Exchanges can be made within 15 working days of delivery with proof of purchase and product in unused condition and in original undamaged packaging.You should allow up to 15 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.
