Is it secure to place an order through Fashion ComPassion ?

- Payment can be made securely online by PayPal.
- PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using credit cards or through your bank account.
- You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments, all major Credit Cards are accepted on this website through PayPal.
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK Customers, in Euros for European Customers, in U. S Dollars for US and International Customers, in Canadian Dollars for Canadian Customers and in Australian Dollars for Australian Customers.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES FASHION COMPASSION SHIP TO ?

We ship to over 60+ Countries, please check on the check out page if we deliver to the country of your residence. If there is no delivery to your country of residence, write to us at team@fashioncompassion.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Please note additional customs charges, import duties, local taxes or other fees may be levied when your order reaches its destination country. These fees and charges are not placed by us and we cannot control these fees, nor be responsible for them. Depending on the country where an item is shipped there could be a customs delay.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

CAN I Amend or change MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED ?

-If you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel an item, change it or edit your billing and shipping details.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. These are for items that are in stock and not for items that are in The Made To Order section. For more details, please review our Shipping & Delivery section.
