Exchange & Returns
Our products are made by skilled artisans who prepare each item with great care and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase and enjoy wearing these handcrafted items. Please note that due to the products being handcrafted some minor irregularities can occur if any, are an inherent part of the product and should in no manner be considered a defect.
Returning your purchase
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item. Please email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the return address. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and with their tags still attached. Please allow up to 15 days from receipt of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded. None of these terms affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept returns on final sale items. Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
Exchanging your purchase
Exchanges can be made within 21 working days of delivery with proof of purchase and product in unused condition and in original packaging. Please email our Customer Care team on email@example.com with complete details of your order and the exchange item. Shipping charges for exchange will be incurred and we will notify you with the exact amount.
Exchanging an item for store credit
If you would like to return an item for store credit instead of a refund then please let us know when you email us, we will send you a credit note that will have validity of 6 months.
