With less than a day to go until our ECO-FAIR event with Debut Contemporary art gallery, we thought we would give you a sneak preview of the 4 eco-friendly brands which will be on display!

ABO London

ABO London is a brain child of two Kazakhstan-born friends, Aliya Boranbayeva and Aizhan Bodanova, and offers an exclusive range of artistic luxury fashion and interior accessories ethically made in the UK. Inspired by the famous Silk Road which once connected the West and the East, ABO London unites the rich cultural heritage of Central Asia with the modern diverse dynamism of London. Every item from ABO London is an inspirational piece of wearable or decorative art created using high quality, eco-friendly natural fabrics.

BACA is a brand selling beautiful pearl jewellery sourced from designers and charity organisations. BACA jewellery contributes to the betterment of the world by collaborating with charity organizations and keeping up fair working standards. The charity organisations are selected based on certain criteria and should be able to execute workshops where less privileged individuals will learn how to create jewellery under the supervision of a professional designer to assure high-quality.

Rags2Riches is a for-profit social enterprise based in Manila, Philippines, creating eco-ethical fashion out of up cycled scrap cloth, organic materials and indigenous fabrics by working with artisans living in the poor communities across the country. RIIR pieces fuse timeless silhouettes with a selection of traditional and contemporary artisanal techniques. Each piece illustrates the tactile richness of different handmade textures as well as the artful interpretations of the lives and values of the artisans.

SUPU

SUPU means “Beautiful” in Swailhi and is a unique collection for women that are beautiful from inside and out. SUPU’s collection is hand crafted by Masai artisans in Kenya from recycled glass, brass & beads. These pieces are one of a kind and designed by the artisans as well. The workshop supports these artisans by giving them design guidance, marketing training, a sustainable livelihood.

All the items will be available for purchase on the night.
