These exquisite earrings are 100% hand made by craftsmen in Rajasthan India that have been out of work. The aim is to provide them with work that will generate an income and revive their craftsmanship that gets overshadowed in the face of mass consumerism and are given the opportunity to highlight their craft in the most ethical working environment. A percentage of sales from each piece is donated to SafeHands For Mothers, a registered charity that is dedicated to reducing maternal and infant mortality in the developing world. The focus is to fund small projects in Ethipoia and India that empower women by feeding her family, access to basic health care, HIV/AIDS counselling and testing, safe drinking water and pay for her child's school books.
